As a lifestyle skate, Chaya equipped the Melrose Premium for ultimate comfort and support. The robust vegan-friendly outer shell pairs with a luxurious textile inner. The heel uses stiffer materials to minimise injury, whilst the front casing is more refined, for fitting pleasure. The boot opening is moderately sized, neither broad nor narrow and fit most foot shapes well with a soft footbed for additional shock absorption.
The 6064 graded cast aluminium plate is responsive and robust, giving the skate excellent stability and increased energy transfer. The trucks angled at 20° allows for more manoeuvrability. Slightly higher 92a bushings emphasise this.
62mm 78a wheels provide enough grip and durability to handle most environments, and are well suited for outdoor skating, because of the extra grip (though will be perfectly fine indoors). Abec 9 bearings finish the skate for a faster ride, with better acceleration.
