Return Process

  Ensure your skates or hardware are in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, specifying whether you require an exchange for a different size or a refund.

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service.
